Hi! My name is Keeley and I am a resident counselor at Realign. I firmly believe that healing comes from within, and am passionate about helping clients tap into their inner strength to thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, managing ongoing stress, or simply seeking personal growth, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you unlock your full potential and create a more balanced, fulfilling life.

As the wife of a first responder, I understand the unique stressors that come with serving in a high stress job. I am passionate about supporting first responders and their families in therapy, helping them navigate trauma, manage stress, and strengthen relationships in a safe, understanding space.

Keeley works with both teens and adults using a person-centered, holistic approach that honors the mind-body connection and empowers clients to become their own healers. She tailors each session to your unique needs, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. Her ultimate goal is to help you build resilience, improve your mental well-being, and foster long-lasting healing and self-discovery.
