Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling services
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in regular supervision and consultation (Residents)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Attend team meetings and community-building events
Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Support workshops, psychoeducational groups, and community outreach initiatives
Uphold ethical and professional counseling standards
Engage in ongoing learning around cultural humility, anti-oppressive practice, and trauma-informed care
Qualifications
Resident in Counseling
Master's degree in Counseling or related field
Active Virginia Resident in Counseling status (or eligible)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Active Virginia LPC license in good standing
