I am a Resident in Counseling with a heart for helping individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and create lasting change. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. My work is deeply rooted in understanding family systems, generational patterns, attachment, and the ways our relationships shape who we become. I believe that when we understand where we come from, we gain the power to choose where we are going.

My approach is centered on helping clients better understand their emotional world while also creating meaningful, practical change in their lives. Emotions guide us, but lasting growth happens when insight is paired with action. Together, we explore what you are feeling, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward healthier ways of thinking, relating, and responding. The goal is not only awareness, but transformation, so that what you feel on the inside aligns with how you live on the outside.

I am also a mother, which plays a meaningful role in how I understand and support my clients. It has given me a lived perspective on family systems, relational patterns, and the powerful ways connection, stress, and attachment shape both children and adults. This experience deepens my awareness of how dynamics unfold within families and across generations, and it strengthens my ability to approach each client with empathy, patience, and insight.

My goal is to create a space that feels safe, warm, and welcoming and this is a place where you can show up just as you are. You are encouraged to express yourself openly here. I am passionate about helping others find peace, breaking unhealthy generational patterns, and building empowered versions of themselves.
