Jaime is a graduate-level intern completing her final year of study at Liberty University, pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Jaime has a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Nutrition from James Madison University and a Master of Public Health with a maternal and child health concentration from The George Washington University. She has many years of experience in public health, serving families as a health educator and WIC nutritionist. Jaime is also trained as a birth and postpartum doula and newborn care specialist.
Jaime’s therapeutic approach involves compassion, active listening, and empathy. She believes emotional and mental well-being are important factors for overall wellness. Jaime looks forward to working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She is eager to help clients with life challenges using a person-centered and solution-focused approach.
In sessions, clients can expect a welcoming and non-judgmental atmosphere, allowing self-exploration and growth. Jaime is passionate about serving others and helping them find hope and reach their goals.
In her downtime, Jaime enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, and loves beach vacations.
