Hello! I'm Lana Smith, a Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) Resident with Realign Your Mind Counseling. As a busy mother and past educator, I understand the many roles and responsibilities that people juggle daily as I have worked with many individuals and families over the years, having provided a variety of support to those in need over time.
With 16 years of experience as a former licensed public school teacher; I've especially developed a unique understanding of the varying challenges that families face. Realign is a place that provides a safe, trusting space for individuals to navigate life's challenges and my personal goal as I continue in this profession is to be someone that individuals can trust, embrace and ultimately confide in, knowing that I will do all I can to help them through life’s unique challenges.
